    Let me start of with a basket of chips.
    Then move on to the pollo assado taco.
    I would like two pollo assado tacos with one beef chimichanga. 
    On the chimichanga, I would like a side of sour cream.
    I would like tomatoes and onions on my casadia.

    I’m not sure the bed of chips is needed, seeing as it’s practically a chip cylinder already haha, but man that looks good. Tasteful toppings too. I want three.

      I was using fresh oil in my deep fryer, so I fried a quartered corn tortilla to season the oil and get a good color on the chimichanga (I forgot to keep a small amount of the old oil like your supposed to). You’re right though, they weren’t necessary. Thanks for the compliment 🙂
