If fascism does play out, and eventually “they come for me” because I am among one of the most hated minorities in the world (atheist). I will be armed. Peaceful protest against law enforcement snatching people in the street without any form of justification and sending them to death camp abroad does not work much either.

Charges weren’t dropped. Neither the judge nor the prosecution sought detention, so she is just out until the next hearing happens (May 15th).
On April 25, Dugan appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Dries during a brief hearing in a packed courtroom at the federal courthouse. Dugan, wearing a black dress with white flowers, made no public comments during the brief hearing.
At the hearing, Dries asked if prosecutors were seeking detention, and they said they were not. He answered that he did not believe that the charges were “eligible” for detention.
As it ended, her attorney, Craig Mastantuono, told the court: “Judge Dugan wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety.”
Dugan made her federal court appearance a little more than two hours after she was arrested at the county courthouse at about 8 a.m. April 25.
The article didn’t explicitly state it, but she was probably released on her own recognizance. (In other words, she pinky-swore to come back for her trial).
Bail is just a tactic to compel the person to come back to court and face their charges by forcing them to pay a fee which they don’t get back unless they show up. This lady is a judge. She is unlikely to disappear before her court date, because it would affect all the cases she is in charge of.

Releasing her doesn’t matter, the message has already been sent, the intention is clear. To intimidate those that would defy their fascist operations. To silence critics that fear retribution. To say for all to hear, “if we can do this to a judge, imagine what we can do to you.”

Just heard something through the grapevine. It’s not their damn jobs and it only serves to lend credence to a bullshit propaganda narrative so the cult will think it’s real. Forcing people to implicate themselves in lawlessness is an organized crime tactic. It forces those who can’t stomach it to out themselves and leave. Those who remain are confessing their willingness to continue to be lawless, even if they’re not actually willing but don’t want to quit and hand over all the keys to the mad king’s bad guys.
