And when heating up food you wouldn’t be able to tell either, unless the food was slightly burned at say bottom (getting a slight crust for example).
If you just take out portioned food from the middle and mix it up, you again wouldn’t be able to tell.
Blind tests of actually boiling water, no matter the source, would disagree.
