You'll need to link to a PlayStation Network account to play The Last Of Us Part II on PC, say Sony, reviving an annoyance that excludes 100+ countries.

        Not sure about the last of us but helldivers had issues where it was available for purchase from steam in regions where PSN did not allow account creation.
