Someone uploaded it and since Neal Breen publishes and distributes all his own movies, Youtube doesn’t scan for them as copywritten.

I would have thought the President of Bank could have come up with an original way to off himself. And why did Neil have to say every line twice? Why did he have to say each line twice?
