Yeah, given Trump’s timelines on building the wall, I think we can safely expect this to never be finished. This will be yet another indefinite Republican drain on American tax dollars.

Hegseth said we couldn’t even block hypersonic missiles so China could sink our entire fleet in minutes, yet thinks we will not only be able to build a defense system well enough to block them but block them from hitting all of the U.S. and Canada in 3 years, even from space. Yeah, upgrading basic government accounting software can take longer than that.
In fact, they don’t care about Canada as long as the nuclear weapons detonate far enough from the border.
