    Title case is for when you want to get artistic with things. Do you capitalize their? Maybe, maybe not.

      I would have gone with “That” if it were me.

      Protected Bird Site is the title though.

      Maybe Burrowing Owl Nesting Area could be called a subtitle.

      But the rest is no longer a title!

      Even that fine print on the bottom looks to go back to title case again.

      That’s too much title!

      their should definitely be capitalized. Only articles and prepositions up to 4 letters should not be capitalized, their meets neither of these criteria. is is also miscapitalized.

        I feel some rules of grammar have changed since I was in school, which I find both cool and annoying at the same time. We’ve had English a long enough time one would think all this would be well ironed out by now, but it’s also exciting a bit that the language isn’t stagnant. At the same time, it also probably makes me look s but ignorant since I am likely unaware of a decent number of changes. 😅

          The real rules center around major and minor words. Specifics are down to individual manuals of style. And what are major and minor words you ask? Check your manual of style.
