according to my research: no, you can’t have anything more reflective than a normal window, except specific colored reflectors in particular spots and regular car mirrors.
state laws vary though…
i was looking into mirrored windows and no, not allowed.

I thought someone tried this with a delorean a while back and it was illegal.
