I’m taking a Business Management class and every single time I come across a piece of legislation passed as a result of some corporation corruption, or greed, or regulations as a result of an oil spill or something, I google the name + Heritage Foundation.
If I was taking a shot every time this happened, I’d be too shitfaced to drive.

Oh, I’m sorry. I should have considered how that image could be a bit of a painful reminder for some. Just to clarify, I think McVeigh and Nichols were shit people brainwashed by a shit ideology.
If you’re interested, there’s some fascinating psychological work done on people like me who were kids living near and in OKC at the time. Not surprisingly, kids who were allowed to watch the live footage of the news that day tended to have higher incidences of PTSD and anxiety disorders as they grow up!
I recommend to anyone (who wasn’t living there at the time) to check out the Memorial. It’s absolutely gorgeous. But they play news footage from KFOR that we all watched on TV and that is… stressful!
