for me it depends. If it is after a good sleep it will, less give me energy and more just properly wake me up. if i am really tired, the ADHD gamble can be either wake me up a little, or put me to sleep. usually the latter lmao.

As someone who uses non-precribed medication, I’m embarrassed to ask this: what is the thing on the right? My aforementioned non-precribed medication and its mentality has me projecting it as some form of paraphernalia, but fucked if I know what for. It’s not w bubble, too clean to be a stem for freebasing, a vape of some sort?

“Neurotypical” is an oxymoron. A psychiatrist once told me that what we idealize as “normal” may be 10% of the population, everyone else has some issue(s), just undiagnosed.

I suppose that stands to reason. If you overlap all known spectra of neurodivergence, the reference ranges of each wouldn’t be expected to align perfectly over a population. A narrow slice near the center of the bell curve might be 100% NT for all known spectra, but that cohort could be vanishingly small. So “NT” is really only useful in a context of specified criteria/spectra, because few if any individuals are typical for all of them.

In school before I was prescribed meds I’d self-medicate with the strongest snus I could buy. Also a PSA make sure to stay hydrated especially before taking snus, learnt that the hard way 😐
