I am not aware of instances but there are communities: /c/china@lemmygrad.ml and /c/sino@hexbear.net, those are communist though so if you want to gusanopost there, better pass.
I think lemmy.ml is banned in china, asking in this instance’s community doesn’t make sense as any chinese instance won’t be able to federate with it.
That is not a good reason not to ask a question here.
They do have a point though.
People may be aware of a China-specific instance who are on .ml though. It’s not like you’re incapable of knowing about lemmy instances unfederated with your own
