He is sending masked troops to LA, DC, Chicago, Portland, San Francisco, despite the opposition of their mayors and governors.
Rural Trump voters love to see this.

I live in DC and I’ve been pissed since day 1. They love it because conservatives have no foundation. The only thing that the party is about is “make the other suffer.” That’s all.
