This wasn’t a “stray round.” That shot was deliberate and that pig knew exactly what he was aiming at.
What do you think the people’s response should be to being black-bagged off the streets by people who don’t have badges, don’t wear uniforms, drive in unmarked vehicles and wear masks?
This hasn’t even begun to get nasty, yet.
Wasn’t the NRA’s biggest claim for existing was to “resist Tyranny?” We got decades of their bullshit about them being “the last, best hope for freedom” and now, they have fark-all to say about it.
Money might not buy happiness but it DOES get rid of 99% of the things that cause unhappiness, like a lack of food, water, shelter and healthcare.
Yup. And it’s always these guy who are agitating for violence and “burning shiat down” and nobody can remember who this guy is or exactly when he joined the group.
They’re called, “agents provocateurs” (google them. They’re nothing new). They are government plants whose job is to start shit in peaceful protests to give the government an excuse to crack down violently.
How about they take this up with the officials who can actually make a difference in bike safety and quit making life worse for people who just want to get home?
Go bike around City Hall if you want to “raise awareness.” All you’re doing here is pissing people off.
2000 Guardsmen. For a city of 3 million. And a governor who doesn’t want them there. Sure. Good luck with that.
Really, Elmo. Do go on . . .
Another vote for Linux Mint. Many Linux distros are available on bootable USBs, so you can try out Linux without messing with your Windows installation at all.
Being against genocide isn’t a “political position.” It’s called “being a decent human being” and you should be against it, no matter who is doing it to who.
Pointing out that Trump is the dumbest, cruelest president that has ever lived isn’t a "political position. " It’s called “using your fucking eyes and paying attention to what he’s doing.”
I could go on and on about “things that are more obvious than a sunrise being labeled ‘political positions’” but those 2 things could keep us busy for years.
The other nice thing about Linux is that there are several Live versions you can try out on your computer without making any changes to your Windows installation.
This also lets you see if check and see if Linux fully supports your hardware (just in case you have a weird network or audio card). If the Live version of Linux works, the installed version will, as well.
Most installers let you set up a dual boot on the same hard drive, too.
LibreOffice has LibreCalc. It’s free and there’s a Windows version you can try.
You don’t need to buy a new computer. You just need to upgrade your old computer.
To Linux.
I’ve got Wine 9, running on Linux Mint. I mostly use it for older games and a few Windows programs like IrfanView. All my modern games I bought on Steam, run great under Linux. (Steam has a native Linux client and uses it’s own Windows compatability layer called Proton to run games).
I use LibreOffice for productivity, Thunderbird for email and GIMP has a native Linux client, too.
Nothing wrong with pointing out when someone is being an idiot. They can go on being an idiot, but at least the truth is out in the open, where it needs to be.
If you work hard, you get nothing but more work.
Will the toilet refuse to flush without a subscription?
No uniforms. No badges. Wearing masks. They look more like masked kidnappers to me.
Decades of broken promises and bad-faith negotiations prove that the U.S. has never had a “peace process” for the Mideast. Our process has always been, "Israel always gets whatever it wants and fark everything else. "
