What the heck is an anti woke college?

I’m sure that’s what they’d like to do but then some executive gets some bright ideas about how it could make the game better despite having never ever played a game before in their life.

There’s a lot of small QOL features across the system and changes to the UI that depending on your taste, either like or dislike. For folding devices, it adds a huge ton of enhancements too that Google hasn’t bothered to add. I personally can’t go back to stock Android because of how lacking it is by comparison. Stuff like:

• An older style notification shade where you don’t have oversized setting toggles
• Built in sync with Windows for notifications, copy and paste, file system mounting over Wi-Fi
• Customizable lock screen, notification shade, volume bar, “navigation gestures”, task switcher
• Built in support for half open folding states for numerous stock apps with additional utilities for apps that don’t support them
• Override app aspect ratios for apps on folding devices
• Samsung Pay which works a whole lot better than whatever Google keeps renaming GPay into
• Allows any app to become a free form floating window before Android 15
• Allowing me to get away from how personally hideous Material U looks
• Built-in “Tasker-like” feature

There’s a lot more stuff here and there but these are just things off the top of my head.

Is there a reason why the doctors can’t provide the medicine directly? Where I’m from, you go to a clinic, see a doctor and collect your medicine right after. No need for a pharmacist or anyone else who could get in your way of getting the medicine you need.

I mean it is clear that it’s an aggregator (? Not sure what the right term is for this) but I can’t even begin to count the number of times I access Radarr instead of Sonarr because I forgot which one is for shows or movies.

Prowlarr is way more intuitive at least.

There absolutely is. A movie is still expected to be watched in one go in its entirety and so is an episode of a mini series. It has a huge effects on the pacing of the media and how you segment episodes of one.

What region are you in if you don’t mind me asking? It works perfectly fine in Singapore.

If it’s anything like how Windows does it, you would still be able to override it. It just gives you a scary warning and hides the option unless you click “more info” or something.

What kind of apps are you installing? I’ve never ever had any issue with installing APKs on Samsung, you just have to allow the app that triggered it to install APKs one time and every subsequent time, it just works.

I get where you’re coming from but Doom 2016 and Eternal is quite a different game and well, Idtech are an absolutely legendary bunch of magicians that’s on another level all together. They had a full compute rasterizer back in 2016.

The clickbait titles and thumbnails destroyed most of the interest I had in their videos but at that time, it was clear that they were pivoting to a more typical less enthusiast-level audience. I still found some of their occasional videos somewhat interesting but the increasing hypocrisy and shit they’ve pulled made me stop watching all together.

When I tried it a few years back there was this really strange field of view and input lag that felt really clunky when moving around the world. Anyone knows if that’s been fixed?

Apple doesn’t really exist as a competitor for a number of industries and use cases due to not officially supporting anything other than OSX so I’m not sure if they’re a fair comparison here.

The only real edge they have is in non-gaming related consumer workloads.

But if you ever wondered if the xbox one reveal event would have gone down a lot better today… just look at how confused people are over what the hell they are even buying from the big n.

As someone that’s always been using Steam, I really didn’t understand the issue with it either.
