Yeah but you’re arguing that to someone who already said they did buy. You can make that point but you’re directing at the person you’re responding to, who has already said they own a house. You are going to strain your shoulder.
Interest rates in the states are higher than they were five years ago, which means borrowing money to pay those inflated salaries is more expensive.
The early expenses of raising a child, not “all of your expenses”
I started getting this after I got diagnosed with diabetes, because I started eating way less junk food, so my salt intake went down. My blood pressure is usually on the low end now. It’s annoying, and I’ve talked to my doctor about it but she mostly said to drink more water.
We’re on Metric time already, the base unit of measure for time in the Metric system is the second. This is decimal time.
It’s more likely that Connecticut comes alphabetically after Colorado in the list of state names and the number of data sets it used for training that were lists of states were probably abover the average, so the model has a higher statistical weight for putting connecticut after colorado if someone asks about a list of states
It’s funny seeing the list and knowing connecticut is only there because it’s alphabetically after colorado (in fact all four listed appear in that order alphabetically) because they probably scraped so many lists of states that the alphabetical order is the statistically most probable response in their corpus when any state name is listed.
You’re the one that literally said “Which customer buys 25 kg of rice at once? Literally nobody.”
Your attempts at backtracking don’t work when the only thing someone needs to do to refute what you’re saying is looking up.
I wasn’t even given an option for sound, the guy told me the headphones were just for communicating. I just tanked 30 minutes in the tube with nothing but the sound of vibrations.
Yeah, when you’re closing on a house, your attorney (if the state you’re in requires one, or you opt to hire one) will walk you through the payment schedule and how much you’ll pay over the life of the mortgage. On one hand it sucks that you’re essentially paying double, on the other hand, real nice not having to have the full 500k upfront.
if you turn off end to end encryption
isn’t that the main reason to use it though, privacy?
Yeah… Like, I agree a lot of the liberal “resistance” is useless but also every time I see a leftist online advocating for revolution, I’m wondering when they’re gonna kick it off.
You could always hire a lawyer of your own and sue the company directly. That’s what someone did to have it become a class action lawsuit. The person who brought the original suit gets a big payout, and the people who did not generally get a much smaller piece of the pie.
It looks like it was the municipality, not the HOA.
To be fair, human skin is good for blocking alpha radiation, that’s an extremely low bar.
I guess? Mutually assured destruction is a form of brinkmanship that I’m not sure if I’m comfortable attempting. I won’t judge you for how you choose to defend yourself against this administration but I will say that guns rarely deescalate a situation. I truly hope that ICE or the FBI or whoever actually do back down from more violent actions if they fear for their lives, but I feel like it’s more likely that they will simply engage in greater shows of force. Maybe that will wake more people up to what they’re doing.
I don’t believe in the horse shoe theory except when it comes to gun owners larping about rising up against the government.
Small correction, it’s every fourth year except every hundreth year except every 400th year. I’m assuming the misconception comes from the last time it was a 100th also being a 1000th (2000) but the next time a leap year will end in 00 is 2400
Wiretapping laws don’t cover who you can take photos of.
