When a journalist can’t even bother to check their facts in the opening paragraph, I stop reading.

A Pacific States of America would be able to effectively defend itself and would be one of the largest economies in the world. It would be able to make progress on climate change and would have better corporate and banking governance. It would be more accountable to its citizens. It could feed its own citizens through agriculture.

Let the Northeast split off as well. Form a mutual defense pact with the Pacific States. Ban propagandist media like Fox News in those countries and leave the citizens of the remaining so-called United States to let themselves be manipulated into poverty and serfdom.

“I’m not sure this is legal to be teaching” is a frightening statement about anything that isn’t a direct threat to public safety.

This kid did his part as part of the Hitler Youth, Young Pioneers, Communist Youth League, etc. All totalitarian regimes have an equivalent.

Also, “According to our president, there’s only two genders,” is an argument only a real dumbass would make.

In summary, everyone involved except the teacher should be publicly eviscerated.
